Our Story
Big Beautiful Wings started with a simple frustration: everywhere we went, the wings were an afterthought. Frozen, mass-produced, buried under too much sauce and not enough soul. So we decided to do it ourselves — properly.
Every wing that leaves our kitchen is breaded, fried, and finished by hand. We develop our sauces in small batches, taste each one before it ever touches a plate, and send it out only when it meets our standard — which is high. Our bar is built the same way: cocktails made with intention, beers chosen to complement the heat, a playlist that keeps the energy right.
We're not trying to be everything to everyone. We're trying to be the best version of exactly what we are: a place in Lawrence where the wings are big, the flavor is beautiful, and you're treated like you belong here.
